Я давно ТАК не переглядала фільми... Зачепило, аж до того, що називають фібрами чи то чакрами, а чи просто якимись глибинними архетипами вкодованими в твоє ДНК. Чи то просто, коли нарешті, те, що чулося в бабусиних піснях і татових оповідках глянуло на тебе з екрану очима героїв фільму. Нарешті, як на мене, така потрібна для наших дітей казка, не про залізних ботів, не про те як «мужчіни в странних костюмах» рятують незрозумілі світи, а де реальні і живі українські люди хитросплітали буденне щасливе та згорьоване з чимось більшим, ніж явний світ. Нарешті, де українське — це не просто шаровари, вінок з лєнтами і сивуха, а чоловік — герой і жінка, яка ліпить, випікає і береже скибу життя.
 
А ще у цей Геловінський обдискутований вечір, переглядаюяи «Чорного козака», виплив той висновок чим же українська містика відмінна від тої, яку продають в якості «китайських подєлок»—тіткою Лепіядою)). Ні, вона не відьма, а хранителька, берегиня відаюча силу для утримання рівноваги світла і темряви.
 
Ну, і оцінка, мабуть, краще і не скажеш:«Мам, а чому фільм такий короткий? Я ж хочу ще!!!»(і це про 90хв невідривного перегляду!!!).
